Conversation system isn't even remotley the same
No vehicles in Deus Ex
No inventory system in ME2
No Ammo system in ME1, Ammo is universal in ME2
Plots aren't even remotley the same, govenment coverup in Deus Ex and all powerful alien force in ME

Now that I think about it, they aren't even close.
