yo i just got an even crazier idea

what if i just plug it into the mobo without actually mounting it
no fans will be on it
then if it pumps ill be able to hear it and feel the vibration

you'd think with the 200 years you've been alive you'd have figured out how to pull a tube off of a fitting. but I guess we all can't be as smart as a 1st grader.
