I think it would be funny if steam just stuck it to them, and let you put in any CD key from any source and it would load to steam.



Ya but you still have to search around your different log ins to find the item, then download, then manually patch...As opposed to steam which just boots up when I start the computer and handles all that shit for me.

For me, steam is convenience, and not having to remember what sites my other games are located on.
