It appears that after all the EA vs Valve controversy, Battlefield 3 may come to Steam after all.

Yes, it is true. Or well, it is according to an EA customer support representative and with some delay. According to Smith, the aforementioned customer support guy who will probably get a stern talking to after all this, Battlefield 3 will be available on Steam, only after the initial release of the game. So if you would like to play the latest Battlefield game as soon as possible (and who doesn’t), you may just want to pick it up on, I don’t know, every other digital distribution service.
