Why do you want a laptop and not a desktop?

The best laptop you can get for 1400 or cheaper is:

Acer predator helious 300. I7, 16gb ram, 1660ti graphic. This is way better then what you have up there and you can find thiis easily.

Hp omen i7. This would have almost the same specs as the acer predator. This is the best one to get because it has all the specs as the predator but doesnt look like a gaming laptop looks very nice.

Dont get the other ones these are way better

live small dont have space for a desk and a gaming chair. now i ether sit on my soffa or at my kitchen table

If you're gonna spend $1400 get a better gpu than 1650

This get at least a gtx 2060

out of the 3 you listed id go with the MSI, seems to have a bit of an edge over the others.

also if you're looking to just play rd2 / osrs / educated videos a lot of the new laptops will handle this fine.

i dont think you would even notice much of a difference between the 3 in these aspects
