if this is still in your budget than thats a really solid choice,

1600 series will work fine for basics like d2 or pokerstars but if you ever wanted to try a more strenuous game then ya maybe think about upgrading it a little bit.

why get a laptop instead of a PC?

1650 is a solid graphic for minimal usage.

2060 is over kill if you don't do anything.

Having said that, what ever fits your budget is what you want to lean towards.

If you do intend to play games go for the 2060.
