This now makes sense to me.

why wouldnt it? a bow shoots through targets which means you get more accuracy
if you can hit 4 targets with 1 arrow you will get 400% and in this case you hit 4targets with 2 arrows which is still 400%
so you will get your accuracy boost in no time at all.

I meant what i said, i was under the impression the accuracy% was cuz more shots hit not that they went through and hit others, now i understant.
