Elaborate. I'm level 20, with about 240 / 400 of the fame bar thing filled.

It takes 10-15 hours when "famefarming". Meaning that person does 230 fame by leeching in godlands, not doing single attack on normal mobs, getting few god kills solo and training accuracy over 75%. Also without using any potions or spells. It gains you from 230 -> 600-700 fame.

If playing single character without dying? It takes looong. 2k fame (meaning about 800 base fame?) takes like 8 hours, so.. It takes pretty long.

3/8 wiz in 12 hours of playing. not bad

found everything except for a few def pots that i had in my vault

as long as anyone boost you and when you say all achievments?? (tunnel rat, oryx slayer aswell?) if yes ~3-4h if no ~5-6

too bad wis is the only cheap one I have left =( considering not maxing out vit

I'd strongly advise maxing vit, makes a worlds difference

This. Max your vit and you'll be recovering nearly twice as much hp as you would at an average vit level.
