If you leave the realm the SB damage is removed.

Dunno about the SB dmg but if you kill the monster and you get a drop , its still there. I dont remember the exact time but i believe its on ground for ~30seconds ( same time a dungeon is open )
I can vouch that the SB bag is still there if you kill it and go back to nexus. I have tried it myself
