ok guise gonna max my first character: the necromancer! gotta get 150 fame and I'll rank up... Will a dex pot buy me a decent staff and skull (decent to me is 1% fame LOL)
i should probably get a nice roll... level 11 and check the decent roll chart, right? (yep, 350/200 at level 11)

can trade the dex for 2 spd pots
then trade 1 spd for t4 skull and 1 spd for horror
