i did just install windows on a new ssd, maybe im missing a few updates.

Id say have some patience.... From the sounds of things they're prepping to make some serious changes to the coding of the game. If thats true its not going to be a quick fix. Hopefully they take their time and dont push out half finished updates like before.

This. They are a 3 man team as well. I am pretty sure they are working at the best of their capabilities.

I can't help but check in on this game every so often. Will always be on of my favorites.
