basically yes... but was removed in 2014 due to security issues
dont know if its back up

lunch rotmg via steam
click on account in main menu
click "replace this account with an existing web account"

let us know what happens

Well, thank you for your answer.
After investigation the feature to link web account on steam was removed during the 3.2 patch or something like that. shame.

technically it was still possible to connect steam to a web account prior to the server migration around february by using an old client to connect your steam account to your web account. This however no longer works, since the old client will not find the new server data for obvious reasons, so currently, there's no known way to use muledump on steam
