Yup. You first need to complete 3 dailies from the tinkerer to get a tarot card quest. I don't think the alchemist is up right now though, so you won't be able to turn in a tarot for a token.

Got white bag drop in mannor and nexused because of low hp and fear right after i seen drop so devastated.

The tokens are used for the alchemist. There is nothing ut, usually just sb items: dyes/backpacks/loot pots/eggs/keys/skins and the newer st items.



God that sucks so bad, especially now that you know exactly what dropped with treasures taken out of the white bag loot table. :/ It's a good thing the book of geb does almost the same thing. Still though, not being able to pick up a white bag sucks.
