I just started this game back up and cant migrate my old account atm

I want to buy some vaults/character slots on my new account but I get this error



I live in Canada, anyone know a way around this?

I think they said they were canceling Upay.

Paypal is the way of the immediate future IMO, is that an option for you?

I did try with paypal, still wont let me. I tried paying with paypal and credit card, still get that error
