yeah, sure aint got anything to sell right now. i do have a 100fp t8 staff thats the best i got now, a few t6s i found as well

and sprouts? i got them from a low level map so i assume their worthless


People use sprouts for rushing things - mainly Oryx.
They're not going to be of too much use to you right now, but if you happen to have them when a realm closes, you could try trading them for whatever you need at the time.
I believe it's $20 for 2600 gold, though there are other options as well (you get more gold for your dollar the more you buy).

I don't usually flash... I am stupidly careful on my fame farmer and usually leave around half hp
