This is straight from realmeye however:

Never shot a bullet which hit an enemy. It doesn’t matter if non-zero damage was dealt or not. Ability damage does count only for abilities that shoot projectiles: quivers, spells, shields and shurikens.

In order to get accuracy you have to hit an enemy. The turrets are counted as enemies, thats why you can farm accuracy

It's not the easiest system to get at first. Much less calculate the actual bonuses lol
