So I ran into a wizard and he uses staff of the crystal serpent, says it's stronger buffed than other staffs buffed. He also uses T0 spell so he can spam. Opinions?

ofc he can spam mass spells with a t0 spell
but he is not doing more damage than a t4 or t5 spell overall

and serpent staff is maybe better than a t9 staff because it has a higher shooting rate
but a t10 or 11 staff does more damage

thats what i personally think
never calculated those things to be honest

Just got my first ever trench white. It was a ctrap so it isn't bad, but I hoped that it would be a cbow.

This is EXTREMELY misleading due to the fact EP is situation al at best...

Honestly I'd prefer to see cosmic vs the new staff.... Those are the only two that matter as far as I'm conserned. No offense but those who use astral regularly are probably relatively new to the game. It's been over two years since ive used anything besides tops/uts

Yeah, I haven't been able to farm the UTs and haven't accumulated much wealth.

i'm regularly using old tops, im not new to the game and i can easily afford tops... u make it sound like using old tops would be a shame if u havent just started playing the game and imo thats plainly wrong

It's not like getting wealthy on this game takes any sort of luck or skill. If you decide to use the lower tier gear that's your prerogative but you are sacrificing the dps for no reason.
