It can in mobs or with precision if you can catch it where it crosses, but i found it took the focus away from surviving which i (personally speaking) thought was bad.

people still dont know how sb dmg / threshold works
was spawning events in empty realm
when herm spawnt, just 1 notifier came (warrior)
we were only 3 people in trench and the notifier guy kept backing off to buff just himself :wacko:
