Only lock. You can try to pm anyone at any time by using /tell Name
Guild works pretty well too.

how do i know if i got a good ninja roll? i started with only 150hp but kill easy

Get to 20 first then type /tell mreyeball stats. That will tell you how far above or below average the roll you got is. You can also use /tell mreyeball lefttomax to see how many potions you are going to need to max a certain stat.

If you have a pet with:

Mheal/Heal/Electirc

Will it have the same stats as:

Heal/Mheal/Electric?

Also I need to feed both pets to max before I fuse right?

Main pet level 30 skills then other "poofing" pet to 30 as well on their first skill?

yes max both. keep one you want to save on the left when fusing.
