Is West server still the go-to sever to do trades?

I'm having trouble buying life pots with 8 def. Is that the rate now?

edit: wow, i'm so bad. Just got scammed by someone who put in their life pot, then removed it when i pressed accept. WTF!

gotta love Oryx lag. I dont even go into shatters or LoD if the realm is ANYWHERE near closing. Insta-rips are not worth risking.
