Is it safe? Well. I would only have to guess more than likely I think it is a legit shop selling stuff for money.
On the other hand, I don't think it is ever wise to trust any 3rd party RWT websites. For all we know they are stealing your CC info and everything else.


Also for the record, their prices are VERY expensive compared to what you can find on reddit or even on JSP.
