guild telling me the alchemist is back up. when i go to the tinkerer i get this

even though I've
never done a single quest 
alchemist .. not tinkerer .
they posted about it on the forum .
alchemist would be put back up to allow people to use the tokens they've accumulated .. but tinkerer is gone .
it was never meant as a permanent thing anyway .
they said next time they run the event, theyll let everybody know the start and end date .

Hey Realmers!
As many of you are aware, at approximately 5pm PT this Sunday, August 24th, the Alchemist feature was disabled prematurely. As a result, we have since disabled the Daily Quests available through the Tinkerer.
We’ll be bringing the Alchemist game back up today (8/26/14) for approximately 24 hours. This will allow the players that still have tokens a chance to use them. Please note, that this has been slightly different than how we normally hope to run the Alchemist and Daily Quests. Normally the Daily Quests event will end, followed 24 hours later by the Alchemist event ending.
In addition, while the events were offline, we’ve reviewed the prize pool and the effect that it has had on the player economy. Future iterations of the Alchemist will be updated to reflect our findings, as we don't want to inundate the economy, but still want players to receive prizes that make playing an enjoyable experience.
We want this system to be fair and fun for everyone, especially if we’d like to keep these types of events going for years to come.
So, thank you all. Thank you for playing with the Daily Quests and Alchemist, thank you for playing our game, and sorry for any confusion while we work out the kinks!

NOTE: The Daily Quests have NOT been activated again, just The Alchemist to allow players that had leftover tokens the time to spend them. New Daily Quests will be available in the near future.
