boss tombs can activate once at time or all 3 at same time? when do they activate? when do I know they enrage?

To activate the bosses you need to kill 5 sarcs. When you killed the sarcs, the bosses will activate and will circle around(all 3 of them) in the main room, but are still asleep. To awake them, you have to do dmg on them and they will start shooting bullets. thats basically it
As others already mentioned, you want to stick at 1 boss at a time. if you're not experienced with tombs, you do not want more than 1 boss shooting bullets Kill order Bes - Nut - Geb

Bosses are enraged when they shout a sentence :

Bes : The end of your path is here!
Nut : This cannot be! You shall not succeed!
Geb: Argh! you shall pay for your crimes!

you do not want to sit in front of them when they are about to rage. So I usually tell others to back off when he/she's in pre-rage
Pre-rage Bes : 3 pyramids circle around him (they are usually destroyed, so you dont always see 3 of them)
Pre-rage Nut : 2 green big arrows
Pre-rage Geb : 2 blue artifacts circle around him (they are usually destroyed, so you dont always see 2 of them)

they also make good situational items .-. i would never feed something so rare. you can easily farm up 1k feed power in forbidden jungles and then actually use those super rare items

its not worth to feed items with 300 feed once you reach a higher lvl
i just feed dbows cbows fulmi and this kind of stuff
my vault is full and its not tradeable so ya ..

my pet is legendary(edit 350 fame/feed) , and I've never used gold for anything i feed many other spare pets to try out the other abilities, i have H/MH/ATK CL on my elf-fuck

edit: manors are just as good as jungles for feed power if you want a little more bang for your buck, so to speak

im out of fame and still got ( all unused ) 5 cleg 3 dbow 2 cbow 3 anatis 2 EP 5 conducting 2 csilk 6 ctrap 3 cring 3 dblade 3 a.s.s. 2 fulmi 3 sphinx

out of those, i would feed 3 conducting and most of the coral traps/rings, but i would keep the rest o.o I'm out of fame too but you can make a fame farmer and get 700 in about an hour with all the bonuses ~2 feeds
