I just looted a common pet with Attack mid, heal, magic heal (this order), I want to level heal & magic heal when I feed him, only attack mid gets upgraded. How can I just level second and third ability?

At common only the first ability is unlocked. As you evolve, the other 2 abilities will unlock.
The abilities all get leveled at the same time. Although the 2nd ability takes more fame than the first ability and the third even more than 2nd.
Also the reason you want to get heal/mheal as abilities 1&2.

So in order to evolve 2 common pets into a uncommon, they both need to have hea/mp heal/random ability, this order? so f....g hard...........

No.

The second pet can have any abilities so long as it's in the same family and of the same rarity.

Rare avian and rare avian
Common humanoid and common humanoid

And so on.

and when you fuse 2 pets, the evolved one got the abilities from the first pet?

Whichever pet is in the left box keeps it abilities and goes to the next tier.

The pet in the right box is vaporized and dies a horrible death.
