They sell for one life easily.
Two if you wait on it for a while.
A lot of people ask for the value of 1.5 life, but life goes for anywhere from 4-6+ def at any given time, so it really just comes down to what you're looking to get out of them.
just tried to explain that in as many words as I could.

It can be kind of monotonous, but profit is profit.
