i've played rotmg once with 1k dsl...

I would assume he wants to play on a mobile plan, and mobile plans are very limited bandwith wise, and very costly if you go over

Maybe this is a dumb question, but a friend and I started playing again recently. Since the UTs were made to be soulbound, did they up the drop rates? Sure seems like we are getting a lot more white bags than before.
