I had an on going support ticket from before the take down. Still waiting to here back from them.

I made a thread on the forums asking if those tickets were wiped out and if I should make a new ticket or something, but got no replies. What do you guys think?

Support was the system that was breached to begin with.

I would definitely change my forum / character / email passwords and then resubmit the query.

Yeah I guess I might as well.

Man I went back and forth with a support rep for like 3 weeks. Finally everything was fixed and I asked if I could be given the new player pack since my account was unplayable during the time the new player pack was available. The rep said sure just buy 20 dollars of realm gold and they would credit me the rest of the pack. So I bought the gold and a day or two later is when the servers were brought down.

Im scared to play much or they might say its not really a new account. Back to the waiting game it seems.
