Um I think you just need to download flash player. Then find the .swf and put it in the location.

WELL IVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW AND HAVE GOTTEN MANY CHARS TO LVL 20 BUT I SEEM TO NOT BE ABLE TO DO MUCH IN GODLANDS. I NEVER CAN FIND HIGHER THAN TIER 7/8 GEAR AND CANT REALLY KILL MUCH. IVE NEVER FOUND A STAT POTION. WHERE SHOULD I GO TO LOOK FOR THESE THINGS

Keep killing gods, they will slowly drop for ya.

Besides that, try dungeons. Sprite Worlds, Snake Pits, Undead Lairs, they're all decently easy and you're guaranteed a stat pot if you solo them (still a good chance if you do it with people.)

WHERE DO I FIND THESE DUNGEONS, I MEAN IVE SEEN SOME SPAWBN LIKE THE FOREST MAZE ECT... IS THIS THE SAME?

Yeah the dungeons will also drop from gods. Sprite worlds from the purple slime looking god, undead lairs from the ghost looking gods, and snake pits are in the outskirts of the godlands.
