The first ability is assigned to specific pets.

The second and third abilities are random.

no no like I have a 68/62 pet and a 59/56 pet (with electric that I want like RIGHT NOW)
so if I just said fuck it and fused em now what would their level be?

I don't know the calculations for it, but pfiffel has a program that can function that stuff for you.
