Have you tried connecting to different servers? Check your hosts file to see if anything Realm related is being redirected elsewhere, which is also entirely possible.
If so, then something on your network is either using the ports that RotMG uses or is specifically blocking it. Ports 843 and 2050 are the ones used by realm, do a quick check to see if anything on your network is using those ports.
Sometimes, a simple power cycle of your router can do the trick. I'd try that, because why not?
