*The two katana are also rumored to drop from the new event/dungeon.

Black Dragon dropped Celestial Blade.

A guildy of mine got one while Draconis was still up.

I've heard rumors that the Dragon Eye event drops Ray Katana, but that one is totally up in the air.

Yea. The black dragon did drop Celestial. No confirmed drops of Ray yet. Only the ones the event winners got.
