We need the incs to be back up expensive so we can do the 8 + life trade easily

Fuck that. Incs should have never been that high in the first place. The only reason they were is because of demand created by guilds massively alt-boxing WCs. I'll take my economy with as little influence from cheating as I possibly can, thanks.
