One of the solutions proposed by many is to release the new tier items and uts, so that there are new tops. People have to understand that this doesn't get rid of the existing problem of all the current tops still circulating. Yea their will be new tops, but the difference in having these new tops and the old tops will not be that big of a difference. Thus placing people still in the same area (gear wise). If that makes sense.

I can't think of a solution to this current problem.

What they needed to do (needed being past tense -- too late now, really) was to release post-tomb content. That would have killed people off fairly often, as it'd be harder than tombs, but still be new and tempting. Kabam as usual decided instead to take the bandage fix route and screw everything up.

yeah the game is shit now.

it was cool to have any item you wanted for a week when the dupe hit. when i see scrubs who ran around nexus begging for gear every day cause they ripped with the same tops and a ammy i lost interest pretty quick

ii could. actually pay people outside your company to fix the problem after not being able to fix it and let it run to shit. youre 100% right about the new tiers. who cares about 2-6 more defense or a few more attack when the tier under is sufficient enough to easily dominate oryx and o2. if anything the new gear would probably drop off of o2 which would make no sense because incs are already mass duped aswell as every other item.

This or another Realm which works like a 'Reset' you have to start with 0
Also there is a new dungeon on Testing server hope its good ..

who cares about a new dungeon. what is it really gonna achieve? you realize how many "dungeons" they have to come out with to actually make the impact of the dupe fade away?...

were talking about a year atleast till the game resolves to pre dupe times, and thats with releasing a new dungeon a month and a new end game.

I just see no way of recovery from this, and even in a year it wont be the same.

The way I see it now, the growth of UTs and Tops are still increasing at a higher rate than it was pre dupe. This can be assumed because people have the equipment to tackle the end game content. And when I see people, I say basically every single person. The drop rate may be the same as before, but when more people are doing events and stuff, it increases the amount of tops and uts dropping. Every way I look at it, the situation is not good. I don't think there is any solution to this, except a wipe. Which will probably not come, because people have invested too much in this game (time + money) for the devs to just wipe.

Yeah they need to decrease the drop rate of everything imo. Would really suck for the noobs, but if people are still tossing dias and moons and other gear that was actually worth something, then they should be ok. I think this zombification thing was probably the best idea to control the population of high potted chars. Really sucks for people who used ammys pre-dupe, but imo they should be the more experienced players and used to not dying as much. I mean if you really don't want to die on a certain char, just don't play it right? Lol.
