Well Oryx the mad God castle happens when all his minions die in the realm. He will then lock the realm and 2mins after will transport everyone there.
If you live through the castle you face Oryx, he has good drop if you get one. If someone has an INC they can open the Wine Cellar (WC) where the real fun begins, (or so I hear).
WC is the only place to get the highest lvl items.

2. What means a good roll?
3. What means for example priest 3/7?

1) No, you can buy pots with gold that has multiple uses.
2) A good roll means when you hit 20 your base stats are good so you have to spend less stat pots to max
3) x/7 means they have x skills maxed out
4) Depends on the stat you are maxing refer to http://forums.wildshadow.com/wiki/realm-mad-god/classes to find out what the max for each class is

Just want to point that the good roll is mainly a good life, in most cases. Life is an expensive stat to max. (the potion that increase 5 max life costs around 6 defense potions)
