I still haven't seen one either. Started playing for the first time last week though.

I got a spd pot earlier then i accidentally dropped it but picked it straight up, and it was in my inventory, then I left the game and it was gone, Also did the same thing with Lumin and dex pot.

It's Bugged since Build 1.0. ( The Update with Ninja )
Had this with HP Potion's.
Happens only if 2 Guys pick it up in the same Time. So 1 see a Duplicate ( You can't use them also the Items takes the Slot until you Join a Dungeon or Nexus )

happened to me on limon prob about 10 times now.

Yup that happened to me with an acrop in a wc. If you put the item back in the back in the bag where it was originally, and then re-grab it, it usually unbugs it. It's a real pest to do that for a dex pot on those moving floors.
