"VIT (Vitality) - Increases the speed at which hit points are recovered.

Vitality's technical effectiveness is currently hard to determine, as lag is a major hindrance to testing. Base (0) is ~0.75 per second, then each point adds about .085 per second. Vitality's effect on regeneration may differ from class to class. Data collected using a wizard suggests 1.0 hp/s + 0.05*vit hp/s."
