Perfect rare is like a perfect rare or unique in D2.

Perfect unique is even harder, perfect unique is like perfect Grief in D2.

oh i see bro
by now, the middle rare items "rares" are tradeable,
but the most rare items "uniques" and the ordinary staff "aspects" are untradeable,
seems not quite reasonable, kind of confused

That's not exactly it. You'll see when you play, it is a decent system.

Trading is almost non existent since when you imbue any item its not tradable, to make it more clear, even if you extracted legendary power and used it on rare item and then trade it, then player that got item from you use imbue on it, after imbue item is untradable, and imbue will be a thing.

sorry, cant fully understand, you mean the rares cant be reuse, or what?
i know "aspects", "legendaries" and "uniques" are not tradeable by now, so
if i do the "extract" on a legendary made by a rare before, what will happen?
system wont let me do the "extract" OR the "base" will be destroied and just legendary power left?

I am talking about "imbue" there is a option to imbue your item, once item is imbued it can not be traded.

Each rare can only be used once, but if you don't use it you can trade it freely.

Also, yes, when you extract the legendary is destroyed
