If with "still fine" you mean that almost everything is account bound and unique items you find "maybe once or twice dureing a season"(according to dev interview) that you find double will just be salvaged cause can't trade, or that there’s no trade support at all no auction house or website, just a chat channel like in D2R..

So, the extracted legendaries are now account bound. I assume this is so people don't run 4 accounts to autoloot legendaries.

Rares (95% of the items that will drop and be worth trading) are still fully tradeable. As are elixers/incense, which will hopefully get bot farmed quickly because they're pretty hard to make the top tier versions of these, so should sell for a lot if you're willing to part with yours.

Rares I heard are best in slot with a legendary power attached

or we could say, the "runes" are untradeable but the "bases" are still tradeable, so this result still acceptable, right?

Yes, just rares (bases) are. That's actually good though, it's super hard to find a perfect one even when Enchanting.

oh, i see, you mean, the good rares actually "rare" than the good aspects, easy to find a usable aspect but hard to find a fair base, right?
so, maybe we could say, this relationship just like good rare/magic/base items rare than high runes in d2r, could we?
at the end of the day, perf rare vs perf, aspect which is more rare?

If people stopped cheating the trade system would be good
