This is pretty optimal.
Also few vitality and a lot into strength.

Another way is to simply run and leap : Fortitude and Pride mercenary (SoE of course, and don't need fcr on ring).

Then you can also imagine Grief (phase blade) + Death (colossus sword), with +65 off-weapon ias (15 helm, 20 amulet/gloves, 10 belt = Nosferatu).
