The question I have is this: do I cube the Ohms —> Lo to make ‘Fortitude’ or save the Ohms for ‘CtA’?

Personally id vote cta, I find fort to be a fairly small upgrade over treach.

Cta vs not cta however is a pretty huge boost!

I’d go with CTA

Cta with no +skills sucks..lasts like a.minute and a half.

Make some badass rw for your mercenary.
