I’m thinking ‘CtA’ too. Though I think ‘Fortitude’ will be a significant upgrade over ‘Treachery’. I need all the enhanced damage boost I can get and the resists will be nice too.


What runeword do you suggest? Dream setup for my merc would be:

Act 2 Might merc
Gface
Eth Reaper’s Toll
Ebugged ‘Fortitude’ in elite armor base

Agreed that with ‘CtA’ the duration will be fairly short and the +life boost won’t be significant, but considering I don’t have MB, my life pool is small as it is, and the ever looming Fend bug/D/A/E lock that I think the increase in life would be very worthwhile.


Good thoughts my friend. I definitely want to make both ‘Fortitude’ and ‘CtA’, I am just trying to decide what to do with my current rune situation. I am a Mal or Ist away from ‘CtA’ but if I cube the Ohms —> Lo for ‘Fortitude’ I will then be Mal or Ist + Ohm away from ‘CtA’. Just not sure what to do.

Too bad ‘Grief’ War Pike isn’t possible.

I need my merc to be able to proc Decrep for safety, damage boost, and to break PIs. So ‘Lawbringer’ or Reapers are the only options for a merc weapon.

Going to have to agree on making a CTA.
