Only one or two maps later...this came off the Meph rack and my heart jumped to my throat.

IT IS! Talk about luck...I am actually looking forward to farming this rack, especially since it's right next to Mephisto. It's also the 2nd highest defense armor you can get off of a rack (shadow plate is higher but needs level 84 area, archon plate needs level 85 area but defense is lower).



I'll be farming this rack (and Mephisto) until I get 800+ defense eth lacquered plate.Sadly I don't think this rack can drop Tal Rasha's armor (not exactly sure how that works since qlvl is 26 on Tal armor).
