I never use CS but then I always use Witchy. If you MF at all you will have more +skills and CS hits a pretty hard diminishing returns after about 65% or so but it's definitely worth having above 50, you won't find any other talent that will increase your damage by 100% 15% of the time in the bow tree.

P8 is very, very hard for no rerun. Magic Arrow is a beast of skill with a high damage bow and a good attack speed, but that's obviously not the case here with no rerun. The FA is not something you can use for damage unless you have built specifically for it, still, I suppose with no equipment the very brief freeze time will make a difference. All those LE monsters would not be dangerous to you if you just used slow missiles, but I know you don't want to

WTF are you talking about? Depends on your build. Be smart for once. It's not battle.net. It's p8 hardcore. Depends on your type of gameplay also. Make a fucking WT here and then you can argue choices. For now, I haven't seen anything from you over here. Anything above 50% is a waste tbh. You rely too much on valkyrie to spend more than that in CS.

Nice going... btw... if you find Cold Damage small charms... keep them... each mod on it has a 1 sec duration (cold / slow / freeze in normal)... so in Hell difficulty... 4 sc's = 1 sec duration.
This will keep them slowed longer when you use 1 base Freezing Arrow and also strafe (excluding immune colds... )... BTW... I think you will want to use FA in Chaos Sanc more often now.
There are only 1 set of cold immunes there.... casters... rest are fire / poison &/or light immunes.

These are the things I hope you find:
Witchwild or Windforce / Razortail / Guillames for merc if you do not have it / Lo rune for a Fort armor for your character... Goodluck.
