I am currently investigating this, might have the answer right here but aint pointing it until im positive.

i found coa on one of my wt here http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=69138036&f=161&o=150

and its 350 defense with +101, so let the accusations begin! jk, idk if its maybe a different patch or if plugy effects it? and heres pic for those too lazy to check my thread

That's within the 349-399 defense range that CoA has. Anything outside of the range is illegitimate.

I think what he's saying by that comment is that if it was anti perf defense it'd have 349.
