Even though it is a scary weapon for sorcs on HC, i wouldn't mind finding one for my orb/fber. Would just watch where i tele'd with her, or just not use it while teleporting.

I'm not sure if you do this or not, but drink some antidote potions and give some to merc before you do Andy, they help quite a bit

I drink Antidote potions myself but for merc it doesn't change anything ^^ He dies instantly anyway

I was lucky with map from Level 1 to level 2. But 2 to 3 sucked... took a while. Hard to make any damage with Hammers at some angles too.
