Valks are equipped with random rare items - so it is possible if the item has ctc amp on it.

My Levelling WT stopped @ Hell Ancients... I am now just Mf'ing for better gear so that I can have:
1. Stronger merc (DR) to stay alive longer
2. FRW gear to separate the 3 for both Valk & Merc to survive.
3. More gold (merc / pots) and Full rejuvs for resetting Ancients Spawn.
4. Damage gear for my zon including more small charms...
I reached level 88... good level... and also... once you hit Arreat Plateau / Crystalline Passage / Anya.. you will encounter alot
of Immune Physical monsters... so you may need to look for Atmas &/or Witchwild...
I wish you luck here... I had Witchwild
and it took me ages to clear those areas.
Good luck for Ancients, they are a pain I know!

You should try a Edge runeword(any exceptional/elite bow). The % dmg to demons and undead makes up for the lower base dmg.
