Honestly, no. The pure damage is higher, but the + strafe isnt that interesting to damage. If I find atma I'll switch for sure...so just keep until I need space in my stash for crafting supplies!

There is pretty good monster density in Act 5 for a strafer, and well, A3-4 as well, really Act 2 is nightmarish (heh) because of the Maggot Lair and Unravellers. You will have a lot more fun in A3 I think. It's definitely tough, Bowies need good weapons and there are only a few bows that can do Hell/p8 without much trouble, luckily one of them is a unique Diamond bow that I think can drop from NM Meph, so when you start seeing diamond bow drops, pray for a gold one. You have a way higher chance to find it over Windforce or Lycander's...yes I am talking about Witchwild String, just trust me, I only play at P8 and it is my bow of choice until gear lines up for a Windforce, I still carry Witchy on switch though, it is just so lovely against Phys immunes.
