I've oftened wondered, I hardly ever use rare items on my characters unless they include magic find and have better stats than uniques. What's the idea behind tri resistance boots?

Boots dont give you more damage so it's a good spot to get res if you're really lacking

Not really the technical answer I was looking for. Literally nothing technical about restating my question. What build makes you lack enough resistances that you need to use these boots. Is that a better question? I don't PVP so is it only PVP characters that need this or a sepcific type of build calls for them or what? I swear if another person responds like Lilith0 or tehtwitchy they're getting reported.
