my reasoning was like, even though poe was at some point an actually good and fun game, to me it kinda lacks charisma so to say. so i wonder, does anyone of you actually consider poe their favorite game, or has at some point ? since this is a poe forum, should be a few yesses at least !

not sure I would say the game itself is my favorite, but at this point GGG is my favorite developer. To them the players actually exist still and they listen and communicate fairly well with their player base.
no other developer even comes close. (couple super tiny indie with like 300 player base occasionally does as well, but no better.)

I must admit I was pretty concerned with the Tencent ownership, but at this point it really has not effected much from GGG.

Yes, PoE is my favourite game. It is entertaining to play. The game is very deep, you still learn things and get rewarded accordingly. They keep developing it over and over and it significantly improve my experience. I do not know any other game with so much gradual updates for free. Indeed there is room for improvements, for example trading. Lets see the upcoming announcements.

On the opposite side it can be very addictive, you are so much into it and get burned out after. Fair question - was it the game, lack of real life or something else? At that point you strart to be a little salty and every small thing makes you even more salty. But you are still somehow around.
