no, the best part is when hc players are using a macro to escape instead of simply playing softcore
I agree. As a HC player, I agree that using a macro to escape is lame.
Either play the game 100% manual or move to softcore.

hate to break it to you but there is no hc on poe
you do not die and lose your character or your gear.
You do on the Hardcore Server. You die, your char and gear dissapears from HC. Shit is too rare in HC as it is already, so dying with rare expensive legacies on your HC char is very painful.
PS: I dont hate Softcore, I also play it a lot, but mostly to test bosses mechanics, try new stuff and just play in it when my connection is lagging. When my connection is decent (mostly between 11 pm - 7 am) I reserve that time for Hardcore.

back in d2, hc players were subhuman plebs  every time they tried to act big, we would just slap them with "hc players cant duel for shit" and they had to shut up
I disagree, I used to be a good HC dueler and loved dueling in HC without any dumb rules. Dueling in SC was a pain in the butt, especially with 5000 rules forbidding this and that and that other stuff. HC, there was no rule, just get out of town and duel.

Again, I dont hate softcore. I also enjoy it in PoE, but had to clear this out.

also unless you are a psychopath, hc is a source of stress and constant cortisol spikes are bad for the body, so i dont recommend it much
I disagree, it makes you feel more alive and its exciting. But it depends on the person. many of us Hardcore's have learned to accept a death. So, if I die its not the end of the world, just remake or continue playing with your other characters.
Btw, I sometimes feel the same while doing strong bosses in Softcore (I try not to die and play it like if I was playing HC too), so, maybe its just me who enjoy both, but im mostly a HC player.
